Fung Chang E-news - Successful End of Plast Eurasia 2018

Plast Eurasia 2018, which was held in Istanbul last week, has concluded successfully on December 8^th. It is Fung Chang’s honor to attend such a great exhibition annually. We are extremely grateful to each and every customer who came to our booth.

At the end of October, India customers who have cooperated with us for several years arrived in Taiwan, and visit to Fung Chang for seeing machine running visually.

Big Success in PlastIndia 2018

It was Fung Chang’s pleasure to meet everyone of you at PlastIndia 2018 from Feb. 7 ~ Feb. 12. Thank you for your visit.

This time, Fung Chang displayed the latest model for shade net making machine (flat yarn x flat yarn) which equips with servo motors and new panel control system. The system shown to the customers is with automation solution.

It seems that the inquiry about Raschel knitting machine in India keeps increasing. Customers waited in long queue for visiting Fung Chang’s stall.

Set up a Project of Shade Net Plant in India

At the beginning of 2017, Fung Chang went to India for after-sales service.

The customer has cooperated with Fung Chang since 2010. They set up projects of SR series for making mono and tape yarn shade net.

The start-up ceremony, Puja, in India is special. Priest or senior staff will host the Puja and invite guests to smash coconuts which symbolize auspicious and successful. Fung Chang was impressed by the customer’s traditional customs.

Machines Exported to Iran, Pakistan, and India

From November to December, 2016, Fung Chang exported machines to Iran, Pakistan, and India.

The customer from Iran has had orders for two whole lines of DR2 series Raschel bag making machine since 2015.

SR series shade net making machine is also the popular demand. Fung Chang is glad to receive two new inquiries from Pakistan and India. The customers focus on SR-RF series shade net making machine, which can make mono x mono, tape x tape, and mono x tape nets. Fung Chang tries its best to provide the suitable solutions for both of the customers!

Set up a project of shade net plant in Russia

In Jan. 2016, Fung Chang Installed 6 meter width shade net machines along with blown film machines in Russia.

 

 

Suffering from the Ruble depreciation, customer from Russia decided to manufacture the shade net and building net by his own machines. Start form trial of different kinds of material in Russian market, Fung Chang helped customer finding the suitable one. 

 

After the machine installation, Fung Chang provides know-how transfer and the train for employees.

 

Male operator? Or Female operator? 

After hundred times of installation experiences, we notice the different employee culture around the world. Some companies prefer male operator for the knitting machine, some prefer females.

Employer who prefers male operators think men are strong enough to handle all kinds of situation, like loading/unloading net roll, machines maintenance etc.

Employer who prefers female operators think women are attentive and good at textile skill. They will take care of the quality of the production. 

We also notice that Europe and Southeast Asia people prefer female operators. India, South America and Middle East people prefer male operators.
