Construction net making machine set up in Vietnam.

Fung Chang is a professional Raschel knitting machine manufacturer which found in 1963. Thousands of Fung Chang’s Raschel knitting equipment has been sold in past 52 years all over 35 countries in the world. With 52 years of experiences on Rashcel knitting machine field, we provide suitable and reliable machine to all of customer.

In June 2015, Fung Chang set up one set of construction net making machine for Vietnam. Started from TaipeiPlast 2014, Vietnam buyer visited our booth for machine information. On the same day, they visited Fung Chang factory to see the production and machine running.

After half year communicating, Vietnam buyer has ordered one set of construction net turn-key equipment which includes monofilament making machine and net knitting machine. Test running of the machines is an important stage before the shipment. Customer came to see test running of machines and make sure the sample is same as they want.

Fung Chang offers customer technical support and parts source. With Fung Chang’s excellent machine and complete after-sales service, many customers have order their second lines and third lines in 2014 and 2015 after they experienced machine quality of first line for 1-2 years.

Fung Chang finished business trip from Turkey, Macedonia and Bulgaria

We finished our business trip and already set up 10 sets of Raschel knitting equipment in our clients of Turkey in June, 2015.

Set up the machines in Mexico City.

Fung Chang Company installed a whole line for pallet net machine and tubular bags machine in Mexico City in Jan.

Besides the machine installation, we also do the labor training and test the machine for our client’s company. Fung Chang not only sold the machine to our customers but help their business succeed. Our after-sales services are including the technical guidance and the supply of the spare parts.

We also tried the local food such as Taco and tortilla on the client’s invitation.

The multi-purpose of knotless net

Application

Ø Polyester Knotless trellis net

Trellis netting is also known as vegetable trellis netting or garden trellis netting. For provide the plant raises yields by increasing exposure to fresh air and sunlight, also reduce ground rot while saving the garden space

The polyester material could be the stronger than PE material and supports the heavy crops climb on the net. It also soft and light for the crops growing and doesn’t hurt the surface of the crops.

Moreover, you could add the UV protection on the material and it would help your net become stronger.

Ø Polyester Sports net

Sports net are used on golf game, football game, baseball game and so on. The sports net help the game run smooth and safety during the game playing. Add the anti-UV and waterproof ingredients on the polyester material, it could make the net durable and extend the lifetime of the sports net.

Ø PE anti- bird net

In the past, farmer used anti-bird net to prevent the crops loosing and protect fruits from bird raids. Now, the anti-bird net also appears on our daily life.

At the end of 2014, Dutch authorities have reported a fresh outbreak of bird flu on a poultry farm and have said human infection can only occur following “intense and direct contact” with infected birds.

The government of U.K also appealed their resident to use ant-bird net structure to protect the poultry from wild birds infected.
