From November to December, 2016, Fung Chang exported machines to Iran, Pakistan, and India.

The customer from Iran has had orders for two whole lines of DR2 series Raschel bag making machine since 2015.

SR series shade net making machine is also the popular demand. Fung Chang is glad to receive two new inquiries from Pakistan and India. The customers focus on SR-RF series shade net making machine, which can make mono x mono, tape x tape, and mono x tape nets. Fung Chang tries its best to provide the suitable solutions for both of the customers!

Fung Chang was glad to attend the most significant exhibition event for plastics and rubber industry – K 2016 in Germany. Different from the exhibitions having been to before, Fung Chang not only served customers from all around the world but also had the opportunity to see innovative marketing strategies.

From the raw material, machinery to software, there are diversity of exhibition booths at K 2016. Breaking the traditional manner of manufacturing, Plastic products are made in the way of more environmentally friendly and safer, aiming to be good to our living environment by using composite materials.

Fung Chang met our old customers around the world from Russia, Mexico, Eastern Europe, Turkey, etc. We appreciate our customers keep supporting us all the time.

Inquiries for Raschel bag (for onion, potato, orange etc.) knitting machine and pallet net/ bale net machine is increasing. Both of them are made from flat yarn, H.D.P.E. material. Also, Fung Chang notices a new trend of material like PVC, PET etc. Customers are trying a new way for different production.

Thanks for coming to our booth at Chinaplas 2016!

Thank all the visitors for coming to our booth at Chinaplas 2016! We were very glad to have the opportunity to serve each and every one of you.

During the exhibition, there were visitors from Mexico, Ecuador, Pakistan, Russia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, etc.. Most of them had inquiries about our DR2 and DR1-42 series machine. Both DR2 and DR1-42 series can produce bags for packing onions, fruits, potatoes, etc.. The difference between them is that DR1-42 is a special model for making tubular mesh bag used for small package at supermarket.

There were also inquires about our SR series for shade net product. We provided mono x mono, tape x tape, and tape x mono solutions for our customers.

VietnamPlast 2015 held in SECC during Sept.16,2015 - Sept.19,2015. 

We really appreciate visitors came to our booth and discussed futher machine information with us. During this exhibition, we contact several buyers and clear to know what kinds of Rashcel machine is suitable for Vietnam market and also provide turn-key solution for our customers.

Construction net making machine set up in Vietnam.

    Fung Chang is a professional Raschel knitting machine manufacturer which found in 1963.  Thousands of Fung Chang’s Raschel knitting equipment has been sold in past 52 years all over 35 countries in the world.  With 52 years of experiences on Rashcel knitting machine field, we provide suitable and reliable machine to all of customer.

 

In June 2015, Fung Chang set up one set of construction net making machine for Vietnam.   Started from TaipeiPlast 2014, Vietnam buyer visited our booth for machine information. On the same day, they visited Fung Chang factory to see the production and machine running.

 

 

After half year communicating, Vietnam buyer has ordered one set of construction net turn-key equipment which includes monofilament making machine and net knitting machine.  Test running of the machines is an important stage before the shipment. Customer came to see test running of machines and make sure the sample is same as they want.

 

 

Fung Chang offers customer technical support and parts source.  With Fung Chang’s excellent machine and complete after-sales service, many customers have order their second lines and third lines in 2014 and 2015 after they experienced machine quality of first line for 1-2 years.
