Since August, Fung Chang has been having groups of customers from Tunisia, Russia, and Turkey visit us.

Fung Chang displayed SR series shade net making machine, knotless fishnet making machine, and DR1-42 series tubular mesh bag making machine and had discussions on suitable solutions for each customer.

SR series Raschel knitting machine can produce mono x mono, tape x tape, and mono x tape PE net. DR1-42 series machine is for making tubular mesh bag. Fung Chang also provides solutions for products like bale/pallet net, onion bag, etc.

Set up the machines in Mexico City.

Fung Chang Company installed a whole line for pallet net machine and tubular bags machine in Mexico City in Jan.

Besides the machine installation, we also do the labor training and test the machine for our client’s company. Fung Chang not only sold the machine to our customers but help their business succeed. Our after-sales services are including the technical guidance and the supply of the spare parts.

We also tried the local food such as Taco and tortilla on the client’s invitation.

Pallet net & Tubular bag making machine exports to Mexico.

This month,Mexico clients set up three packaging lines for their company. One is pallet net making line and the others are tubular bag making line. The turnkey-plant is all planned by Fung Chang Industrial Co.,Ltd.

Pallet net machine set up in Japan

Milestone

Fung Chang has installed 3rd set of Raschel knitting machine for Pallet net in Japan in April 2014. Customer has purchased Fung Chang’s machine since 2011. This is the milestone of Fung Chan for pursuing quality and service.

Unique product

Pallet net machine is latest model for Agriculture net application which could produce high strength net for packing pallet. Pallet net could replace stretch film on packing Agriculture product because of below feature:

Better breathability for the goods.
Better flexibility and tension maintenance.
Offer 3^rd dimension of stability on the top packing.
Suitable for both machine packing and manual packing.

High efficiency production

Since the fabric density of pallet net is much less than other shade net or fish net, the efficiency of production could increase 15~20% on Pallet net machine.

Whole-line equipment

Fung Chang offer a whole-line equipment to customer based on their demand. From raw material consultant, Blown film machine, Film slitting machine to Raschel knitting machine.
