After finishing the K show in October, the team members of Fung Chang left for Istanbul, Turkey to attend Plast Eurasia 2019, the leading plastics industry trade fair held from December 4^th to December 7^th.

During the exhibition, the buyers came from local market and neighboring countries such as Iran, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Kuwait occupy a great proportion in the new inquiries. It seems that the demand in Turkey for purchasing plastics equipment does not decrease while facing the depreciation of TRY against of USD, also the emerging markets in Eurasia is flooded with potential investors who are showing great interests in our plastic net and net bag making machine.

K Show, which is the biggest trade fair held every three years in Dusseldorf, Germany, had been ended successfully on October 23. With the help of exhibition, more than two hundred thousand visitors and numerous exhibitors could gather together from all over the world joining this big event.
 

 
Fung Chang has attended K Show in the past 18 years with the increasing inquiry about Raschel knitting machine for plastic net product and there is no exception this year. Fung Chang E-news – A Different Look of Raschel Knotless Fishing Net

Fishing, the traditional activity originated from the ancient times. With the assistance of fishing net, fishermen’s skill of catching fish has progressed gradually nowadays. The modification of fishing net determined by the circumstance and the fish size that fishermen plan to catch.

Fung Chang E-news – A Big Project to Export Raschel Knitting Machine

Since August 1^st, 2018, Fung Chang has received a quantity of orders from regular customers through Asia as well as Europe, such as India, Pakistan, Turkey, and Russia. After a long period of manufacturing the knitting machine, Fung Chang finally finished all the complicated process.

There are various kinds of shade net applied in different field around the world.  Take aluminet shade cloth for example, it is a special knitted screen made of metalized HDPE, which is different from the general plastic shade net we have seen before. 

Using aluminet shade cloth in garden or green house for crops could definitely help reflecting intense heat and keep plants cool underneath. However, it is not suitable for all plant to be covered by aluminet shade cloth since the lux levels for each and every one of plant are different.

As an old saying goes, “Too much is as bad as not enough.” If the temperature rises high, the photosynthesis might not occur. If we reflect all the light by using aluminet shade cloth, then the plants might not get sufficient nutrition via the sun light. The business trip to India this time is mainly for installation and training service. After the whole line machinery arrived, Fung Chang sent well-experienced technicians to customer’s factory, training the staff at their place and assisting customers in supervising the machine professionally.

Fung Chang E-news – Welcome Your Visit to Fung Chang!

During the past few weeks, visitors from Slovakia, India, Ecuador and South Africa came to Fung Chang for seeing machine test-run. And we currently have one set of demo machine which is upgraded to servo motor and EL system in the factory.

With EL system, customers are capable of changing the net fabric by touching screen on control panel since the pattern data is available to be saved on system. Also, driving the guide bar and changing the pattern become much easier by using servo motor.

To increase the production efficiency, the smart management system box plays a vital role in managing all the data that manufacturers need. The system logs which show the events happened during the machine running helps customers control the production situation.
